My experience has also been a diaster. This product along with two others that were part of a large order for Christmas were never shipped. I received part of the order but not three main gifts for my grandchildren. The order was placed at the beginning of December. When I called to inquire about it BEFORE Christmas I was informed that a mistake had been made and that the items that were not sent would not be here in time for Christmas. I was told that they could still be sent to me but would not arrive until the Tuesday after Christmas. Quess what! They along with another separate order have yet to arrive and it is January 6,2006.

What a marvelous gift this was for my 13 year old daughter! Our box arrived in mint condition, right on time for Christmas. She feels like a "real" architect! The opportunities for creating are practically limitless.

So far the experience is dreadful. I loged on to find out why I haven't received the product (a gift for my granddaughter). You sent it out on November 21, that was two weeks ago.

I had to go to the UPS web site to find out where the package was. According to UPS, they returned the package to you because it was damaged.

The is a much anticipated Christmas gift for my granddaughter. If I don't receive it before Christmas, I am going to return it.
