We were able to get the microscope to work, but only when in the stand. So we can only look at transparent slides, not at things like crystals or leaves. The hand held microscope has to be absolutely still in order to focus, and the light has to be just right- we just couldn't get it to work. On the up side, it is cool to be able to save photos from the microscope to your PC for use in reports and for comparison.

This product did not work. The light would flash when the program was started , and will not come on again. I tried to talk to the technical support people and received some unintelligable emails 48 to 96 hours later. They are not from this country and have no clue what is wrong with my microscope.
I will never buy another product from your company again.

This product was advertised on TV, and it looked great, but turned out to be a huge letdown. We tried and tried to get it to work, but were only able to see blurry dots, or grey dots. My 11 year old was very disappointed. I will be returning this product. Please feel free to contact me, 716-435-1119. To make things work, I paid $25 for shipping.
