I too was unhappy with the quality of the microscope. But perhaps more exasperating was the return process. I received a return authorization number (which I had to get from the company before I could return the microscope) on Dec 29 and mailed the package shortly thereafter. As of Jan 24, my return has not posted and an email requesting the status of my return has not been answered. I supposed I'll have to eat the cost, but I won't make the mistake of buying from this site again.

The microscope is not of lower quality than I anticipated. It is very difficult to see throught the microscope as the light is not strong enough and certainly not strong enough to project onto the wall as is indicated. I am not satisfied with the product and as a result would be reluctant to purchase any other products from this site.
