Item is for my 5 year old neice who is fascinated by the human body. She loves it. She loves taking it apart, naming the organs and putting it back together again. She's even used it as a doll and dressed it up a few times!

The human anatomy is wonderful. My grandson loves it and has taken it to school to share. (he is in 3rd grade) His grandfather is an MD and even he liked it.

I looked for this item for awhile before I finally found it at MuseumTour. We homeschool, and all my kids (ages 5, 7 and 8) find this QUITE fascinating. They love to take it apart and put it back together again, and I don't worry about the pieces breaking because it is well-made, and sturdy. NOTHING compares to a 3-D piece when trying to explain the human anatomy to kids. Even I have learned quite a bit.
