My five year old LOVES this. It has opened up the door for learning about the universe and its many wonders. Placing and receiving my order was a breeze. It arrived much more quickly than I had anticipated. Speedy service! The audio CD is a little slow for adults but great for kids and full of interesting facts. The planets fell off at first, but I bent the wire a tiny bit and they are secured! Awesome item. Thanks.

I teach Earth Science and thought this would be a helpful tool for my classroom. It is. The only problem is that Saturn and Uranus constantly bump into each other. The orbits are not accurate, but this only opens the door to discussion. There were no problems with placing the order or in receiving the order. It was easy to put together and to hang. Pluto continues to fall off, but does he really belong now anyway? Again, a great opening for discussion. I would recommend this item.

My 5 yr. old grandson enjoys this mobile. I got it for him Christmas of 2005 [I ordered early]. It has a nice soft glow and was easy to install. Studying the planets as they rotate above us is a nice alternative to reading a book at bedtime.

I am very frustrated to be told that my order was cancelled on this item so close to Christmas. Go to Barnes & Noble...they had them in stock and shipped it for free!

I ordered from this catalogue for my nephews from the reccommendation of their mother, who has a masters in teaching, and tutors children.
So it has to be some great teaching toys! As far as the solar system mobile, yes I am a little disappointed, but as far as I know all the other 4 items have been shipped without problem. I am pleased with the continuous follow up on the product, but hopefully it will be delivered to them before the 8 days of Hannukah end. I still would come back and order in the future.

Having receiving a notice for comment, I would like to say that it is quite premature as I have yet to recieve the product I ordered. However, the multiple notices of your attention to my backorder has been quite satisfactory. I look forward to enjoying the item with my son.

It is really frustrating to order this product and be told that it will be in on Dec. 1st and then be told that it will be in on Dec 8th and then get a letter saying it will be in sometime in the next 30 days!!! That will be after Christmas. At this point I wish I had ordered it from the other catalogue that I saw it in. I have also been charged for the shipping for this product and it isn't shipped. I called last night and was told that it still might be available on the 8th and might get here on time. I am disabled and can't get out to shop for something else like it and it is too late to get it from another catalogue at this date. I know you are trying to make money but taking orders for something that you might not be able to fill is not fair to your customers, especially ones like me who have no other options to get what they need for their grandchildren. This is very stressful to not know if you have Christmas presents for your grandchildren even though you ordered them early enough so that there shouldn't have been a problem. I was told that it would get here on time. This happened with one other catalogue last year and the product never came and it took forever to get my money back. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks, Jeannie
