These are great books to help children understand the importance of treasuring our natural resources and are also great teaching tools to encourage acting locally and creating a global awareness.

My 7-year old daughter likes these books - she didn't think she would, but has read them several times this week! They are well targeted for a 5-7 year old child, not too "childish" or difficult to understand but put the environmental message into a perspective that is interesting and appropriate for a child that age.
