Step Up to the Plate and Take a Swing at Improving Your Math Skills

As fun as checkers, yet as challenging as chess. Baseball TiVtiz® scores a home run as a way for children to enhance math and strategy skills. The goal is to move your tivits across the board faster than your opponent to the outfield where big points await those who can quickly jump opponents, strategically block and trap other tivits and successfully solve equations for the highest possible score.

Used at home and in classrooms for several years, studies have shown that shildren who play TiVtiz® increase their math test scores significantly.

Game includes board, 30 game sheets, 18 playing pieces and score sheets.

Ages 8 and up.

My ten year old son just received this game, and he LOVES it. He called up his best friend right away to come over and play it. The two of them were at it for the longest time. I heard: "Sweet Game" and "Excellent" quite a lot as they learned the rules and played the game. The best part? The game can be played by his 8 yr. old brother AND will grow with them as they master the math skills of a particular sheet.

As a provider of after-school programs for low-income youth, Tivitz has been the catalyst for our program participant's improvement and excitement in math. The board game has proved to be an excellent tool in introducing children to math in a fun, competitive and interactive environment. I highly recommend the game to anyone who is interested in making learning fun!

My nephews love this game. They play over and over inviting all their friends to challenge them. It's a strategy game first...so they spend all their time concentrating on beating their opponents and don't realize they are improving their math skills.
