More from the MuseumTour expert:
- When you need some quiet time and peace, try doing the breathing exercises and heart affirmations together. When your child is bored, let them work on "earning their wings."
- You may decide to do "A Pose a Week" and work on the same theme all week. This will give you more time to really learn the lessons and practice the pose.
- Give your child opportunities to use their imagination. They may decide to do things differently and that's terrific! Children's yoga is all about flexibility, and you will learn a lot from them.
- You may want to do a series of poses, or even group the themes together and do a mini-yoga class at home.
