Toy has great potential but very upset with Museum Tour and customer service. The website shows a red tub that holds all the parts. When I received the item it was a bag of parts in a shipping box. No box or picture of what the item is. My child is not going to know what this item is or what he can do with it. Called Museum Tour and they said they were aware that the vendor was doing this but nothing they could do. So I'm left with a bag of parts and a shipping box. Not too exciting to open - especially for $100. Thought there would be better customer service:(

We are sorry for the confusion. The sample we received for photography did have a tub but the product does not have a tub now. We have replaced the photo to better represent the product.
