More ideas for using Angel Bear - Start the day off right by doing yoga first thing in the morning
- Place the card somewhere where you see it throughout the day
- Try repeating different parts of the card throughout the day. For example, when your child needs to move, have them repeat the yoga pose. When you need some quiet time and peace, try doing the breathing exercises and heart affirmations together. When your child is bored, let them work on "earning their wings."
- You may decide to do "A Pose a Week" and work on the same theme all week. This will give you more time to really learn the lessons and practice the pose.
- Give your child opportunities to use their imagination. They may decide to do things differently and that's terrific! Children's yoga is all about flexibility, and you will learn a lot from them.
- You may want to do a series of poses, or even group the themes together and do a mini-yoga class at home.
