The durable, steel frame resists rust and scratches, seats have comfort back support, there's no protruding hardware, spokeless wheels have sturdy, solid EVA tires and the nylon bearings are long lasting and self lubricating. The Elite Rider has front pedal propulsion and rear-wheel steering; seat is 9½" high and handlebars are 14" high.
