Ubertropolis Big Set

Ubertropolis-Big-Set says:
I am extremely disappointed in this product. The pieces are small and made with very light thin plastic. It did not include all of the pieces promised (16 bonus materials? No, try 2). There were only 5 different types of pieces. There were instructions sent with the set that needed pieces that were not included in the kit. I will be contacting the company for a refund. Ubertropolis-Big-Set says:
The first set I ordered was missing parts listed. The second set I received was missing even more parts. It is impossible to build the items listed, such as a catapult without the uberpult spoon. The Uberstix company did not respond to my first e-mail. When they responded to my second e-mail, they mistakingly claim I ordered the medium set. Who is packing these boxes??? The Uberstix Company should be ashamed of their lack of accoutability. Ubertropolis-Big-Set says:
My son really enjoyed this building set. He said that he thinks the Uberstix are superior to Lego and KNex --
high praise indeed! He also really likes the fact that the manufacturer allows for the use of non-Uberstix parts,
and encourages hacking the parts to make new items unimagined by the designers. Very cool!
