Uberstix Medium Set

Uberstix-Medium-Set says:
I am completely dissatisfied with the way this product is shipped. I understand the concept of "green" packaging but what I got is a plain brown mailing box with bags of Uberstix thrown inside, many of which had opened so the loose pieces are floating around inside the box. My answer from Museum Tour after two phone calls was basically "contact the Uberstix company yourself and ask for a box." Huh? How am I supposed to wrap this for Christmas? This is shameful and I will NOT be ordering from Museum Tour again. This is their problem to fix and they seem totally unconcerned. I am beyond angry. I contacted Uberstix myself, which should NOT be my problem, and am currently waiting for a reply. Uberstix-Medium-Set says:
This product may be wonderful, but to reduce carbon footprint it is mailed in a plain brown box (just the mailing box with lose pieces inside). Although the Uberstix website indicates this Museum Tour does not. They discovered this the beginning of November, but failed to change their website or notify customers purchasing the product. Since my box was horribly deformed by the time it was mailed, I cannot wrap it for Christmas. A call to customer service was NOT GOOD. They were horrible and failed to help at all. This is A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!! Uberstix-Medium-Set says:
My daughter wanted some building toys for Christmas. I searched and everything I looked for was for a "specific" model.
I wanted something with enough stuff to build anything. Well this is it. So easy to use and so versatile. If you haven't
watched the video, you should. She played with this forever. It will work with most of the legos and other stuff she has
and she's really excited that she can build things by recycling objects we have around the house. Great buy!
