within 120 days of purchase.
For a refund*, credit or exchange:
- All items must be returned in new condition with all accessories
and manuals.
- Please package returns to avoid damage in transit.
- For your protection, we recommend you return your package with
an insured courier (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) and retain your receipt.
- Museum Tour is not responsible for items damaged or lost in
transit.
- Postage, handling and return shipping charges are not refundable.

your number, package your return so it will not be damaged in transit
